Job Description
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns in line with agreed goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Use tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor, analyze and create reports to track all aspects of the company’s digital efforts.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Update dashboard monthly with relevant data.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels.
- Track the website traffic flow, provide internal reports regularly and resolve errors in online content.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Research opportunities to target new audiences and support company growth goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies by providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field from a reputable University.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing with a successful track-record.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tactics.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Highly tuned negotiation skills.
- Excellent supervisory and organizational skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a multicultural environment, across various time zones.
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools and setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Good time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Additional Information
The Digital Marketing Associate shall be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. He/She will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies. Ultimately, the Digital Marketing Associate will work with supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
