We are a global distribution company currently seeking a well-qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Job Description

  • Covering the front desk of Human Resource office
  • Greeting the public
  • Heavy phone usage skills are a must
  • Assisting current employees and potential candidates with a variety of questions
  • Computer skills should be above average
  • Good communicaiton skills are necessary for this position

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel Access is a bonus!
  • 2+ yrs of Basic Office Equipment experience
  • 1+ yrs of Administrative Assistant experience
  • 1+ yrs of Customer Service experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Legal Authorization to Work in the US

Additional Information

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM
  • Pay: DOE
  • 9 Month Contract +/-
