IT Web/Multimedia Producer 

• Clearance: TS/SCI
• Location: St. Louis, MO
• Years of Experience: 11-14 Years
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field

Responsibilities:

• Support the customer’s GEOINT content and analysis with a full range of multimedia production services.
• Create multimedia GEOINT products and collaborate across the GEOINT enterprise when required
• Research new technologies to improve upon an already well-received product line.
• Produce dynamic interactive presentations to support the customer’s geospatial intelligence analysis and content.  
• Interact with a production manager, branch chiefs, and team leads to research a particular process, event, service, or facility, and create an interactive presentation primarily using Macromedia Director and Flash software. Produce final multimedia products for use on the customer’s website.
• Archive and disseminate products following established production support guidelines.  
• Verify that documents and products are appropriately classified
• Produce publications in accordance with customer standards, style guidance and publication policies.
• Perform daily production quality control procedures.
• Resolve work-related technical problems.
• Provide customer service excellence by clearly and concisely communicating work status, methods, instructions, problems, requirements, options, and concerns with team members, managers, and customers. 
• Participate in meetings with customers, team members, contractors, and others to exchange information, make decisions, and/or provide updates. 
• Support the office and other branches in accomplishing the agency's overall mission, including crisis work, special assignments, and ad hoc tasking

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within a related field
• 11-14 years of experience within a related field
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency on PC platforms.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise with Macromedia Flash and Macromedia Director
• Expertise with industry standard graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Macromedia Fireworks for graphic creation and manipulation.
• Expertise with video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Macromedia Flash Video Encoder.
• Experience with multimedia including: Audio, video, graphics, and textual data to create highly advanced presentations.
• Experience writing professional storyboards and scripts for multimedia presentations.
• Creation of interactive applications utilizing, but not limited to, imagery, maps, text, video, and graphics.
• Incorporation of external data sets such as SML and Access files
• Production of 2-D and 3-D animations of moving maps and thematic maps.
• Video capturing, editing, and creation.
• Audio recording for voice-overs.
