Junior Electrical Engineer

We are located in downtown Portland, OR, specializing in aerial reconnaissance, computer vision, and cluster computing. We do rapid processing of massive datasets with scalable real time computer clusters. We are seeking a brilliant technical cohort to help us advance our product line.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to accelerate product development. 
  • Design new flight hardware electrical components and systems. 
  • Help define a next generation computer vision system.
  • Learn and expand on engineering fundamentals.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • BSEE or higher
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated competency in printed circuit board design and layout
  • Demonstrated competency in analog, mixed signal, and digital circuit integration and verification
  • Demonstrated competency in system integration of electronic hardware
  • Basic fluency in C/C++ and/or Java
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Familiarity with cameras, sensors and computer vision systems
  • Experience with PCIe, USB 3.0, and Ethernet interfaces
  • Familiar with IEC 60601 and IPC A 610 standards
  • Great attitude and a passion for cool engineering
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
