Job Description

  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
  • Participate in handling inter-company cost allocations
  • Perform month-end prepayments and accruals
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
  • Assist in preparing the taxation reports
  • Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup
  • Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled
  • Handle all external parties such as social insurance authority, banks, and suppliers


  • BSc in Accounting, Finance
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar position within a corporate organization
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Good knowledge of the accounting cycle, principles, and procedures
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and people skills
