Job Description

You will provide a regional execution and operational delivery support for HR Technology across Europe. In this role you will ensure stable, responsive, and high-quality service outcomes across HR systems, partnering with the regional IT Business Partner, Global HR Apps, and HRIT Operations to deliver business-aligned solutions and maintain operational performance. You will act as the regional execution arm of HR Technology delivery, ensuring incidents, enhancements, and releases are effectively delivered while maintaining a strong employee experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver HR Technology Services Across Europe: ensure stable service performance, SLA compliance, and continuity of critical HR processes, including employee lifecycle and payroll support. 
  • Support Business Demand and Solution Delivery: Translate regional HR requirements into actionable system solutions, partnering with the HR Technology Business Partner and Global HR teams to deliver prioritized enhancements aligned with global strategy. 
  • Manage Incidents, Requests, and Service Performance: Own the resolution of incidents and service requests, working with internal teams and vendors to drive timely resolution, root cause analysis, and continual improvement of service quality and user experience. 
  • Coordinate Releases, Testing, and Stabilization: Support change and release activities, including testing, deployment readiness, post-go-live support, and transition to stable operations while minimizing business disruption. 
  • Drive Stakeholder Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Partner with internal and external teams to strengthen support processes, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and employee experience. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field 
  • Experience in HR Technology, HRIT, or Service Delivery roles 
  • Experience supporting HR systems and processes (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) 
  • Strong knowledge of incident, request, and release management processes 
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively 
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and improvement 
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach 
  • Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment

This position reports to the HR Technology Business Partner and Solution Architect - Europe and partners with HRIT Operations, Global HR Apps, HR-GBS, and external vendors.
