Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both recruiting and employer branding. This role goes beyond filling requisitions—it’s about shaping how candidates experience O-I. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for North America while leveraging your creativity to build compelling content that amplifies our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Excellence: Own and manage a portfolio of requisitions across O-I locations, delivering top-tier talent.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, and innovative tools.
- Content Creation: Design and curate engaging social media and digital content to showcase O-I’s EVP and attract talent.
- CRM Optimization: Manage and enhance our SmartRecruiters CRM to nurture pipelines and improve candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the TA team on branding campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Analytics & Insights: Track recruiting metrics and share actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
- Language Advantage: Use your French language skills to support bilingual communications and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven success managing requisitions and delivering quality hires.
- Strong background in social media content creation and employer branding.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred).
- French language proficiency (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $75 K & $90 K. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
