Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for inspections, repairs, replacements, adjustments and maintenance of installed machinery and related equipment. You also will be involved in planned, preventative mechanical maintenance tasks as well as attending to reactive mechanical breakdowns on process and service equipment. 

You should have:

• Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting various types of machinery
• Experience utilizing hand and power tools, including but not limited to grinder, drill press, caliper, micrometer, protractor, gauges, wrenches, chisels, files and scrapers

You will:

• Inspect all installed machineries and other machines, related parts and components,
• Makes line repair adjustments,
• Lays out work, makes set-ups, operates shop floor equipment and machine tools to repair or make required parts,
• Weld, braze, scrape and cut various types of metals necessary for maintenance repairs and fabrication of new components and equipment
• Determines cause of breakdown or required repairs, reconditioning or replacements

• Experience of fault finding, fans, pumps, motors and similar but not necessary
• We are open to hire and retrain vehicle mechanics
