We have created a best-in-class 18 months engineering program designed as a deep dive into the glass industry: during our Graduate Program you will learn everything about our processes, technologies and roles. It will be a very practical experience: you will work and study in our plants, shoulder to shoulder with our best managers and glassmakers, experiencing first-hand the glass manufacturing activities.

During this experience you will be assigned to one of our top tier France/Spain plants: this year Seville.  You will welcome our new Spanish colleague during the Graduate Program, but you will work both remotely and in person with Graduate Engineers coming from all over Europe. During our Graduate Program, you will be presented with challenging and diverse opportunities while being supported through a structured learning and development program, with access to a variety of on-the-job activities, networking and social activities. For 5 months, you will be also part of an international group working on rotation in some of the best O-I plants in Europe.

At the end of our Graduate Program you will have developed an in-depth knowledge of our industry and our processes, and you will be integrated in a junior coordinating role in our Batch&Furnace department, in the Maintenance or the another Manufacturing Operations department.

• You will be graduated in 2023 or you just have a Master Degree in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering.
• You are passionate about manufacturing processes and activities, and you are willing to work in the heat and noise of our factories shop floors, shoulder to shoulder with the best master glassmakers in our company
• You are fluent in English and Spanish - any other languages are a plus 

We will welcome our new colleagues in October/November 2023: during the last months of the year, you will be enrolled in our onboarding activities onsite; the international Graduate Program activities will start on January 2024, while the international rotation period will start on February 2024. During the 18 months of the Program, you will be assigned to Seville.. During the international rotation period, you will travel among several of our best European plants with a small group of Graduate Engineers.
