Job Description

At our headquarters in Amsterdam, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations. As a jr. account manager, you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork – from processing orders to answering customer questions and supporting our key accounts. You’ll work closely with the team to keep our sales process smooth, accurate and well-organized, while also helping nuud grow on marketplaces and in retail.

What will you do as a Junior Account Manager?

As Jr. Account Manager at nuud, you’ll make sure the entire sales process runs smoothly – from order to invoice. You’re the go-to person for customers with logistics questions, and you’ll work with the team to drive growth. In practice, this means you’ll take care of:

  • Account Management: You will manage a selection of e-com accounts and distributors across Europe, like Zalando, Notino and Naturitas.

  • Order Management: processing, monitoring and tracking customer orders from placement to delivery.

  • Invoicing: preparing, reviewing and sending invoices, making sure they align with contract terms.

  • Credit/Debit Management: overseeing credit and debit processes, from credit checks to resolving disputes.

  • B2B Marketplaces: analyzing performance, creating growth plans and developing promotional campaigns.

  • Trade Marketing: supporting key accounts with promotions, campaigns and events.

Your role is all about ensuring smooth operations, accuracy and helping nuud grow through strong coordination and communication.

Qualifications

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in a relevant field

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented and a strong team player

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or a similar role
