Job Description

We are seeking a Seasoned Account Executive for Home Health Sales to join our dynamic team in Orlando, United States. This role is crucial in driving business growth and promoting our company's home health services throughout the assigned territory.

  • Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on home health services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities
  • Create and execute strategic plans to identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with healthcare providers and facilities
  • Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to implement territory sales plans effectively
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a strong community presence
  • Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote company services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and home health best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in home health sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, particularly with healthcare providers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly home health services
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and behavior, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel as needed
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of the Orlando healthcare market and surrounding areas is a plus
