Job Description
As the Senior Business Development and Medical Sales Executive you will be responsible for a team of Sales professionals and generating business, meeting targets from territory in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, FL and interacting in the community to promote company services.
Your primary referral sources should include hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the community at large. In addition you will have a strategic plan to identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, executing your territory sales plan with laser focus in coordination with operational and clinical leadership ensuring extraordinary customer service.
Qualifications
-A minimum of 5 years of Home Health Sales, with experience supporting and educating other team members.
-Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
-Exhibits organizational skills, professional appearance, behavior, and a service attitude towards the community and others.
-Must be flexible regarding working hours.
-Have excellent written and oral skills.
-Requires valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
-Ability to travel within and out of geographic territory as needed.
