Job Description

The Director of Clinical Services leads our clinical team in providing high-quality care in an assisted living and home health environment. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring compliance with resident rights, overseeing medical records, and enhancing patient monitoring processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in case management, supervising staff, and developing care plans that meet the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Oversee patient monitoring activities to ensure safety and well-being.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to resident rights and medical records.
  • Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular assessments of clinical practices and outcomes to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall resident care experience.
  • Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff to promote professional development.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within clinical services, preferably in assisted living or home health settings.
  • Strong knowledge of resident rights, medical records management, patient monitoring, and case management practices.
  • Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to manage shifts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in nursing or healthcare administration are preferred.
