Your mission:

• Design, create and operate complex system architectures
• Know when to leverage existing tools and when to develop something new
• Interact with other teams to proactively solves scaling problems

Who you are:

• Experience operating production systems (in a team if possible)
• Troubleshooting skills
• Good communicator, able to popularize work, defend ideas and listen to others
• Willingness to progress and to help others progress, technically (meetups, internal training) and humanly
• Strong Linux internals understanding
