First up: enjoy two full weeks off during the holidays, paid. Spend time with your family or, if you prefer, spend time away from them.
Then, enjoy 3 weeks of annual vacation. That’s five weeks total for those keeping track.

We’re a remote company, which means you can work from anywhere and set up your own hours. Flextime means flextime.
Since you’ll be setting up your own remote office, you’ll need supplies. We allocate $1,000 per year per employee (yes, you read that right) for office equipment. What counts as office equipment? Anything you need to do your job.
Are you involved in your community? Do you have social events you’d like to have sponsored? We offer $250 for social activities and we’ll make a $100 charitable contribution to your fundraising initiatives.
Remote position in Canada, Full-time
Onboarding new and existing customers to the Nubik community
Understanding business objectives of our customers and what success means to them
Nurture, up-sell and retention of our current customers
Serve as an entry point of escalation/resolution as needed.
Advocating customer and consultant needs and issues cross-departmentally
Manage a portfolio of both high touch and low touch customers
As a trusted advisor, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders for your assigned accounts
Interface effectively with customers and internal resources to drive scalable, enabling processes
Oversee customer program design ensuring that we deliver on our promise to continuously improve our delivery of services, excellence and drive customer advocacy
Other administrative tasks.
1 year experience as a Customer Success Specialist
Ability to demonstrate our values (Collaboration, Creativity, Being Top of Our Class) in an on-going and consistent way
A big-picture thinker able to focus on how to shape the vision for what’s possible for Nubik’s Services and its customers success
An action-oriented self-starter, highly resourceful and independent
Ability to analyze data to quickly make decisions and adjust strategies
A transparent and high-precision communicator
Experience with Salesforce is considered a strong asset
Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken is mandatory
