Job Description

  • Managing all aspects of project delivery, including scope, time, budget, risk and quality.

  • Being the corporate point of contact for the client during project

  • Clarifying expectations of the project on the customer side

  • Ensure delivery commitments are understood by all internal and external stakeholders

  • Facilitate transition from sales to delivery

  • Coordinate internal resources on project delivery

  • Closely collaborate with the Lead Consultant (and Technical Lead if applicable) to consistently deliver on client expectations

  • Manage project change requests and make adjustments to the project scope and project schedule

  • Provide counselling and direction on assignment of individual responsibilities, tasks and technical functions

  • Produce relevant project management artefacts, including project plan, status reports, RAID log, executive reviews

  • Lead the project update meetings, and document project status and issues

  • Take care of risk management, mitigation and reporting including escalations

  • Ensure proper transition to support organization, whether internal to client or at Nubik

  • Use and promote Nubik project management methodology and tools

  • Participate in internal process improvements


  • BA/BS in computer science, engineering, administration or other relevant field
  • PMP an asset
  • 5+ years experience in project management for the IT or Software industry
  • Exp in delivering CRM/ERP implementation projects
  • Comfortable under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Methodical, organized and thorough
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and CRM a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies a plus, Scrum Alliance Certification an asset
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, French is an asset
