To develop, establish and maintain marketing & sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, sales, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. Brand Building & Management for Narayana group and Nspira management services in Tier 2 & 3 Cities Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Prospective client lead acquisition, Nurturing and Closure. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Build Strategic business alliances with Non Narayana group of institutions across the region Must be effectively able to visualize and create a successful brand image for the organization and execute all marketing strategies/Plans with maximum efficiency and/or output  Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities  Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products  Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information  Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products  Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms  Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects  Determine and manage the marketing budget  Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget  Report on return on investment and key performance metrics  Liaise with media and advertising

Qualifications

Bachelors min with 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing, MBA added bonus willingness to travel to tier 2 and 3 cities in Karnataka
