To develop, establish and maintain marketing & sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, sales, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. Brand Building & Management for Narayana group and Nspira management services in Tier 2 & 3 Cities Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Prospective client lead acquisition, Nurturing and Closure. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Build Strategic business alliances with Non Narayana group of institutions across the region Must be effectively able to visualize and create a successful brand image for the organization and execute all marketing strategies/Plans with maximum efficiency and/or output Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects Determine and manage the marketing budget Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget Report on return on investment and key performance metrics Liaise with media and advertising
Qualifications
Bachelors min with 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing, MBA added bonus willingness to travel to tier 2 and 3 cities in Karnataka
