Job Description

Senior Consultant, Assessment Centres, 80%- 100%
(fully fluent & stilsicher)

The current key elements of the position are as follows:

Assessment Centres (main activity):

  •      Carry out Assessment Centres, from A to Z:
    • initial briefing with clients and definition of customised programmes,
    • invitation of candidates and co-assessors,
    • distribution and management of psychometric tests,
    • management of full-day Assessment Centres,
    • (co-)edition of the Assessment reports,
    • feedback to clients and to candidates,
    • follow-up activities
  •      Complete and optimise the dynamic library of exercises for ACs and for consulting activities, in support of the growth of the company

Consulting and training (occasional activity):

  •      Carry out development and transition coaching for executives
  •      Manage optimization workshops for Boards and Management teams
  •      Participate in bespoke, tailor-made projects, according to needs

Business development (self-organised activity):

  •      Manage and continually optimize your customer portfolio
  •      Participate in new customer acquisition activities
  •      Maintain customer status and activities in the CRM


    Desired profile:

    •      You enjoy analysing interpersonal situations and people capabilities, for which you have developed strong observation skills
    •      You are an entrepreneur at heart and you know how to work proactively and flexibly, making the customers benefit from a constant focus on quality
    •      You have good interpersonal skills, enabling you to understand and adapt to your interlocutors at all levels
    •      Being autonomous, you also enjoy to co-create and to foster team spirit
    •      You benefit from a higher education in a relevant field
    •      Your 5+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. ACs, T&D roles) also encompass frequent customer relationships
    •      You speak, write and compose very well in English and in German
