Job Description
The community of Antigonish is seeking 3-5 full scope family physicians to join their family practice network team in the town of Antigonish, Nova Scotia at the Antigonish Primary Care Collaborative Clinic. Full and part-time opportunities exist. This is a newly renovated, high-functioning, turnkey clinic with a very experienced and incredibly supportive team of medical administrative assistants, and allied health in the clinic.

Responsibilities
- duties include full scope of practice as a family physician providing care to patients in a collaborative health care setting
- the physician will be responsible to the Zone Department Head of Family Practice for their professional responsibilities and quality of practice, and will operate within the Medical Staff Bylaws of the Nova Scotia Health Authority
Expected Hours
Full-time hours 37.5 hrs/week 46 weeks/year
Remuneration
$375,000 - 400,000
- Remuneration type is either Longitudinal Family Medicine payment model or a Fee for Service payment model.

- All applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- All applicants must be eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
