The Sr. Structural Engineer will lead structural design and coordination activities for complex building and infrastructure projects. This role ensures compliance with engineering standards, optimizes structural solutions, and provides technical leadership throughout the design and construction phases. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Develop and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings. 
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards. 
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to resolve design conflicts. 
• Conduct structural analysis and provide technical recommendations. 
• Oversee preparation of shop drawings and approve structural details. 
• Support project planning and provide technical input during execution. 
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for design approvals. 
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to quality standards. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in structural design and coordination within contracting or consultancy firms. 
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Revit). 
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and international standards. 
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
