If you answered yes to any of these, we’d like to talk to you. We are currently seeking a Full Time Shipping Clerk to add our team in Springfield, MO. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with organizational skills to ship and receive orders, both domestically and internationally in an accurate and efficient manner. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone that can join the current system and bring a strong level of commitment and professionalism to the team.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Strong communication skills, previous experience in a shipping and receiving role required.

  • The ability to communicate with co-workers with various devices – including but not limited to phone, email, text, fax, etc…

  • An outgoing personality to handle a rapid pace, quick turnaround ordering process.

  • Ability to work individually and with a team.

  • Previous experience working with Business Works, Google Docs, Master PDF, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work a standard schedule of Monday – Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm - with some flexibility necessary to adjust around shipment schedules.


What will you be doing here?

  • Shipping and Receiving orders for both international and domestic customers that have been filled by the Inventory team.

  • Communicating with the Sales Support team to ensure that orders are sent out in a timely manner.

  • Receive packages and coordinate with the Inventory team to ensure all items are received accurately and entered into Inventory by recording data manually or using computer.

  • Safely work in a material handling role with use of power equipment, including but not limited to fork lifts, etc.

  • Complete all other paperwork as necessary, including but not limited to: shipping labels, pick ticket tracking, personal time sheets, invoice matching, collecting and distributing all incoming and outgoing shipments, etc…

  • Other tasks as assigned and necessary to support the company and procurement team as a whole.

Additional Information

We offer a strong compensation and benefits package. This position requires a Current Driver's License (Class E preferred, but not required) and a minimum of a GED.
