Nothum has been providing further processing equipment and solutions since 1971. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a mechanically inclined background and skills to maintain a professional level of manufacturing. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone that can join the current system and bring a strong level of commitment and professionalism to the team.
What are we looking for?
Strong communication skills, previous experience overseeing multiple departments within a manufacturing environment.
Safety minded leader, that can ensure that safety guidelines are being followed by all teams throughout the shop.
Ability to work individually and with a team.
Ability to work a standard schedule of Monday – Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.
What will you be doing here?
Leading and delegating work based on priorities outlined by the Production Manager to teams working on the Second Shift team.
Overseeing work responsibilities for Second Shift Pre-Welding, Pre-Assembly, Machine Shop, and Sheet Metal Layout teams.
Partnering with the Production Manager and HR Manager for employee reviews, performance issues, employee attendance records, etc
Complete all other paperwork as necessary, including but not limited to: timesheets, job reporting, etc.
Communicating with Production Manager HR Manager regarding hiring needs, training and development of staff, etc.
Other tasks as necessary.
