Job Description

Are you a strong communicator with the ability to work with multiple teams to achieve customer satisfaction? Do you have strong computer skills and the ability to work quickly among multiple programs? Do you have experience creating packages for current customers to maintain a strong relationship and sales partnership?

If you answered yes to each of these, we’d like to talk to you. We’re looking to add a Sales Support Clerk to our Springfield, MO office. We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual to provide support to our team of salesmen that cover several geographic regions including US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America, the Caribbean. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone that can provide support for the teams to continue to build positive relationships within our current customer base.


What are we looking for?

  • Strong sales administrative background, with experience in working regional salesmen and service teams, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to create sales bids for both internal and external customers.

  • Motivated and driven individual who thrives under pressure with experience working with multiple departments and prioritizing work accordingly.

  • Previous experience providing strong customer service skills to existing customers.

  • Strong Problem Solving capabilities in handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts as necessary.

What will you be doing here?

  • Daily working with a Sales and Service team that work remotely to ensure that sales bids and service orders are submitted to customers in an accurate and efficient timeline.

  • Assist is building Parts Quotes for Remote Sales Team.

  • Ensure that completed orders from both internal and external customers are completely pulled and prepped to be shipped.

  • Become familiar and comfortable working in programs like JobBoss, Business Works, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Ability to work normal business hours.
