Our technologies have been proven to reduce line space by eliminating unneeded equipment, improving accuracy through automated quality control, and reducing the amount of labor needed. We have successfully been able to achieve this through our distinct uniframe design.

Although it has taken us a few years to get to where we are today, we have critiqued our business in order to satisfy our customers. Nothum also provides exceptional customer service, training, trouble shooting, and customized equipment.

Job Description

Are you a natural born salesman that is self-motivated and looking for a fast paced, constantly changing opportunity? Are you looking for the chance be on a team that is actively involved in growing our current base, while maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers?

If you answered yes to each of these, we would like to talk to you. We are looking to add to our North American Sales team. We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual to join our team of salesmen that cover an assigned geographic region including US & Canada. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for someone that can bring an existing contact base.


What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Spanish and English both in speaking and writing.

  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.

  • Strong sales background, with experience in handling regional sales accounts in a manufacturing industry, preferably within the food processing industry.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to create, present and explain sales bids to both internal and/or external customers.

  • Motivated and career driven individual who thrives under pressure with experience with coordinating activities involving the sales of manufactured products.

  • The ability to prioritize all prospective and existing customers in regards to potential sales volume & profitability.

  • Implement initial sales plan by contacting both prospective and existing customers selling new units, including any related parts and services necessary.

  • The willingness to monitor market conditions and competitor’s products and pricing.

What will you be doing here?

  • Traveling to customers’ facilities within the assigned region to grow sales with both new and existing customers. Territories would include Mexico, Central America and South America.

  • Taking responsibility for all sales activities from lead generation through close of sales in assigned region.

  • Confer with management, production, or other areas of the company to discuss project timelines, custom orders, and other sales related topics as necessary.

  • Be familiar and comfortable working in programs like JobBoss, Business Works, Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.

  • Attending trade shows nationally as necessary to promote our equipment.

  • At least 50% travel, with the ability to travel internationally as needed.

  • Work with North American Sales Manager to coordinate payment arrangement and financing options for customers as necessary.
