What's the role?

* Serves as the lead to identify flexible staffing vendors to build out a flexible staffing capability to advance the client services vision. 

* Directs, and oversees the execution of vendor relationships that support flexible staffing options and print/ mail programs, aligning vendor capabilities to meet business        strategy objectives.

* Partners with business owners to ensure proper execution and performance of the vendor relationship.

* Serves as an escalation point for day to day vendor issue management.

* Responsible for setting and executing technology plans and sustainment.

* Partners closely with the Enterprise Vendor and Alliance Management team to identify, source and manage the vendor relationship.

* Manages the vendor contracts, invoicing, service levels and quality requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business, MIS, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant sourcing and vendor management experience.
  • Ability to apply knowledge across complex business areas and manage in a cross functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think and apply strategic direction by considering a broad range of internal and external factors.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships, influence change with diplomacy, and lead the decision making processes.
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, problem solving, planning and organization skills required as well as a high degree of personal initiative and motivation.
  • Previous contact center experience perferred.
