What's the role?

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or actuarial science.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Fellow in the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
- Ten years of progressively responsible experience with insurance accounting and/or financial management.
- Experience with the application of statutory and GAAP accounting and reporting standards in an insurance environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Highly analytical with demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership and decision making skills.
- Ability and desire to innovate and implement change.
- High degree of personal initiative and self-motivation.
