Job Description
The Senior Business Operations Associate, reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Senior Business Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the IS department by assisting in the budget management, contract management, and/or program communications of assigned programs and processes. This person acts as a liaise between their Manager and the departments (both internal and external) they support, providing guidance and direction to successfully execute within the responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute programs and processes related to the job.
- Helps communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Guides and manages interactions with IS leadership.
- Effectively engages key stakeholders for change management.
- Effectively collaborates with geographically distributed teams.
- Leads program and process changes to department.
- Ability to present work and programs to an audience.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Independently leads projects and meets deadlines.
- Proven success working across IS teams as well as teams outside the department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding coordination, facilitation, consultation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
- Outstanding customer-service skills.
- Strong knowledge of program and process management.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Healthcare experience.
