Hiring Event for Registered Nurses at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital

Tuesday, April 15, 2025 / 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Our teams are dedicated to providing compassionate, world-class care to the communities and patients we serve. Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital is expanding and is looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing team. Available positions for registered nurses

We have opportunities for both new graduates and experienced professionals in various departments, including:

  • ICU/Critical Care
  • Emergency Department
  • Inpatient Nursing
  • Surgical Services
  • Interventional Services

We plan to open two more inpatient pavilions in spring 2026. Our expansion will offer exciting opportunities.

The Registered Nurse embodies the attributes of the Relationship Based Care model and performs to PPM core functions. Under the direction of the department leadership, consistently reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the State of Illinois Nurse Practice Act, the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of first day of employment in clinical nurse role.

  • Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse or license-pending

  • Basic Life Support from American Heart Association

Preferred:

  • National Certification in area of specialty
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate with others

  • Strong analytic abilities
