Northwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Medicine physician to join our team in Sandwich, IL.

Located in the charming community of Sandwich, our Family Medicine practice is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As part of a world-class healthcare system, we offer our physicians the support, resources, and collaborative environment needed to deliver exceptional care in Sandwich and its surrounding communities.

As a NM Family Medicine physician, you will provide high-quality care to individuals and families of all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about rural medicine and values building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment.

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Valid and unrestricted IL license
