Job Description
**This position comes with a $7,500 sign-on bonus**
The Case Therapist III SL reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
Seeking a leader who is highly organized, motivated, and able to inspire and uplift team members. This leader should be passionate about patient care, creative in problem-solving, and capable of managing daily clinical operations. They will collaborate with various team members to ensure effective orientation, resource coordination, and evidence-based practice. The leader will also focus on patient needs, seek feedback, and engage with the community. They should translate organizational vision into actionable goals, provide coaching and development, and continuously seek new ideas and best practices. Additionally, the leader will provide individual and group supervision to support the professional growth of team members.
The Partial Hospitalization Program/Intensive Outpatient Program includes adult and adolescent units, offering an intermediate level of care so community members can access higher levels of care while staying closer to home. Daytime hours, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of experience and training in assessment, individual, family, and group counseling
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Master's degree with LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC, or eligible for licensure
Preferred:
- 5 years in intensive treatment setting and/or mental health setting
- CADC
- LIC CPC
- CERT CADC
- LIC LCSW
- LIC MSW
