Job Description
1.0FTE
Days: 8-4:30pm
The Administrative Assistant reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities include the coordination of workload, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, problem solving, organizing and completing projects and performing general clerical duties.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of secretarial or related experience.
- Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
- Training: Secretarial training preferred.
- Special Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) and the ability to learn new applications; strong interpersonal skills, strong telephone skills.
