Job Description

The Project Manager reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to support departmental strategy, communications, marketing, business development, current and future program analysis (to include financial, market, and operational) and operations improvement efforts.
  • Project gatekeeper for the department; determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Apply standard project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, verification as well as value measurement definition.
  • Facilitate project prioritization with leadership
  • Responsible for creating long- and short-term plans and setting project targets and milestones
  • Learn and be able to perform critical functions in each of the departments management positions.
  • Manage or participate in special projects.
  • Assist managers with implementation of organization-wide and inter-organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of space changes.
  • Assist with mandatory reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Perform quality control throughout development to maintain standards expected
  • Own clinical data analysis requests for the department
  • Help identify performance or process improvement opportunities in the department
  • Create and actively update divisional dashboards as needed to facilitate metric review
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of management experience, may require more depending on the hiring department.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute process change throughout an organization is required as is project development and management experience.
  • Proven ability to work with members of the leadership team.
  • Role may require significant financial and analytic experience depending on the hiring department.
