Job Description

$1,000 Sign on Bonus (Internal transfers and rehires of less than a year are ineligible)

  • Patient population includes medical oncology, palliative, and hospice.
  • Medical Oncology:  The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the individualized care of the medical oncology patient, including administration of chemotherapy, fluid and electrolyte replacements, and other oncology treatments as prescribed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
  • Basic Life Support
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Strong analytic abilities

Required:  BSN RN, if ADN must be accepted in a BSN program within 30 days of hire. This is due to Magnet Status requirements.  One year experience in pertinent clinical specialty preferred. New Grads positions also available. Chemo Certification training available.
