Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manager, House Supervisor Team Leads primary function is to coordinates activities between defined areas and provide clinical and administrative leadership and expertise. They facilitate an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among nursing personnel and others. They serve as a link between nursing personnel and other health care disciplines throughout the organization. Nurse Managers have major responsibility for implementation of the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services within their defined areas of responsibility. In addition, the Manager, House Supervisor Team Lead serves as a resource to the Manager, House Supervisor team and assists the Director of Patient Care Services in oversight of day to day activities of the Manager, House Supervisor team. These activities include coordinating the on-boarding experience of new team members, facilitating team meetings, contributing to the completion of performance evaluations and coordinating annual learning needs and competency assessment for the Manager, House Supervisor team. The Manager, House Supervisor Team Leader is responsible for review of day-to-day operational concerns. EOE Minorities/Women/Disabled/Veterans. VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
Qualifications
Required: Graduate from accredited school of nursing, BSN, BLS, 5 years recent nursing experience. Exceptional organization, communication, problem-solving and system improvement skills. Able to integrate complex process and relationships in an evolving role in a diverse workforce. Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple assignments and balances priorities. Desired: Critical Care of ED experience, ACLS, PALS, Masters in Nursing or related field, Additional languages
