Job Description
Prepares grant proposals for external and internal funding. Compiles and analyzes data for clinical outcomes and research. Develops research protocols and conducts research. Publishes papers based on research and data analytics. Participates in seminars and other training opportunities as directed. Documents all research, data analysis and work related to clinical outcomes. Follows established NMH, departmental, program and regulatory agency protocols, policies, procedures and standards for patient care. Participates in continuing post graduate education or training in conducting research in clinical outcomes, measurement, and reporting. Participates in Department QA activities and initiatives. Collaborates with other research staff, faculty and clinical staff internally and externally. AA/EOE
Qualifications
Required:
- The candidate must hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Physics or other fields related to Medical Physics.
Preferred:
- Experience in clinical research, clinical outcomes data and analysis and grant writing preferred.
