Job Description

ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CURRENT MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE.

High-volume Real Estate Office seeking a professional to work full-time as a Client Care Coordinator. Prior real estate transaction experience preferred with exceptional knowledge of the process. Must be organized, detailed, people-oriented, have a pleasant phone manner and the ability to multi-task. Candidate must also be computer savvy with expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Databases, and Internet-based Software.

Duties include functioning as a liaison between Real Estate Agents, Clients, Title Companies and Mortgage Lenders during the process of a real estate transaction and overseeing 80+ transactions per month. The candidate will effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in a home sale and must be able to perform efficiently under deadlines. The candidate will work with both buyers and sellers.

The Candidate will create and follow a timeline of important dates during the transaction, maintain physical and online files, and provide a consistent quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and successful management of all relevant steps necessary to close each real estate sale.

Qualifications

ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A CURRENT MARYLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSE

  • Minimum 1+ years of real estate experience preferred
  • Solid advanced administrative background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to perform well under high-pressure deadlines
  • Exceptional computer skills
