Job Description

ACTIVE DELAWARE REAL ESTATE LICENSE PREFERRED

Newly opened Fenwick Island Real Estate Office seeking a professional to work part-time in our Client Care and Home Marketing Departments. Prior real estate transaction experience preferred. Must be organized and able to multi-task, people-oriented, and have a pleasant phone manner. Candidate must also be computer savvy with expert knowledge of Word, Excel, Databases, and Internet-based Software. Home Staging experience a plus.

Duties include functioning as a liaison between Real Estate Agents, Clients, Photographers, Title Companies and Mortgage Lenders during the process of a real estate transaction. Candidate will effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in a home sale and must be able to perform efficiently under strict deadlines.  Candidate will work with both buyers and sellers. 

Candidate will be required to accompany photographers to Clients' properties and supervise the professional photo shoot of the property. Reliable transportation is a must.  

Candidate will create and follow a time line of important dates during the transaction, maintain physical and online files, and provide a consistent quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and successful management of all relevant steps necessary to close each real estate sale.

 

    Qualifications

    Delaware Real Estate License is preferred.

    • Minimum 2+ years real estate experience preferred.
    • Solid advanced administrative background. 
    • Impeccable communication skills with both Agents and Clients.
    • Ability to multi-task and be meticulous with details.
    • Ability to perform well under high-pressure deadlines.
    • Advanced computer skills.
