Job Description
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is a key leadership role within Northrop Realty, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all agent marketing support services. This position serves as the central point of contact for agent marketing needs, ensuring the timely, consistent, and high-quality delivery of marketing materials that support agent listings, branding, and business development efforts. In this role, you will act as the primary marketing partner to agents, providing guidance, responsiveness, and solutions that help elevate their marketing presence in a competitive real estate market. You will also manage workflow and project execution behind the scenes, ensuring efficient intake, prioritization, and completion of all agent marketing requests.
Additionally, this role supervises a team of creative designers, providing direction, oversight, and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives. The Agent Marketing Manager is highly organized, service-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agent-focused environment.

Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Northrop Realty agents
Intake, prioritize, and manage agent marketing requests across multiple service lines
Provide strategic marketing guidance to agents to support listings, branding, and business development
Ensure a high-touch, responsive, and service-oriented experience for all agent marketing needs
Build strong relationships with agents to understand their business goals and marketing needs
Manage and prioritize all incoming agent marketing projects from intake through completion
Coordinate deadlines, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
Ensure efficient workflow distribution among creative designers and support staff
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time and quality
Supervise and support a team of creative designers responsible for agent and brokerage marketing materials
Assign and review design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
Provide feedback, coaching, and quality control to ensure high-level creative output
Support professional development and performance management of creative staff
Oversee production of agent marketing materials including listing presentations, flyers, social media assets, print collateral, and digital content
Ensure all marketing materials align with Northrop Realty brand standards and agent-specific customization requests
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and visual quality across all deliverables
Continuously evaluate and improve agent marketing workflows and systems
Collaborate with leadership to streamline intake, approval, and production processes
Support adoption of tools and best practices that improve efficiency and scalability

Strong Knowledge of a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design.

Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in project management
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop) a plus.
Real estate industry experience strongly preferred but not required
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds at times.
