Designation: Lead Product Support Engineer

Experience: 5+ Overall, 1-5 Years (Relevant), 2+ years support of UK/US and technical support, 2+ years as lead

Number of Position: 1

Job Description:

Self-motivated with a huge desire to learn and enjoys helping people


• Demonstrate solid problem solving and lateral thinking skills


• Capable of communicating to technical and non technical staff unambiguously at all levels with respect to support calls


• Proactive and forward thinking to stop problems occurring


• Capability to multi-task and balance complex customer and internal priorities


• Willing to travel to customer sites if in UK


• Great “Outside-of-Box” thinking


• Logical approach to problem solving


• Experience in taking calls (2nd line support)


• Experience in leading a team for support activities


• Experience working with UK/US clients

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering
