Direct Placement: Permanent Full-Time  

Our client in Madison, Wisconsin is looking for a full-time Leasing Agent who will show and lease available apartments in the beautiful community.

Job Responsibilities:

- All sales activities from lead follow-up to lease signing

- Schedule appointments with prospective residents

- Lead community tours and apartment showings

- Prepare and complete lease documents and move-in paperwork

- Provide excellent customer service to new and current residents

Job Qualifications (Required):

- 3-5 years of prior leasing experience

- High school degree or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

- Good attention to detail, ability to multi-task, confidence, and good computer skills
