SEC and Regulatory Reporting experience

Work on Accounting projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, demonstrate high levels of initiative

Annual FAS 91 cost studies

To ensure accuracy, the reviewing of data in ledgers, financial systems and explanation of variances is required

Work on loan modifications with Credit Solution Group

Integrating changes, evaluating reports and requests

Ad Hoc projects

Financial Reporting under GAAP and/or SEC with demonstrated ability to apply such

Must be flexible, adjusting, comfortable with changing priorities

Work well under pressure

MBA in Finance, Math, Economics, Accounting

CPA certification Preferred

Experience with financial reporting under SEC and/or GAAP guidelines with demonstrative ability to apply

Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment

Must have 6 yrs related Accounting experience
