As an Insurance Processing Analyst, your role involves analyzing and updating insurance information. This includes handling new business and revising existing client details by inputting data into policy processing systems.
Location & Commitments
- Full-time role based at our Corporate Office in Raleigh, NC 27612
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime often required
Responsibilities of the Role
- Leverage strong typing and data entry skills to enter new information and updates into the processing. systems
- Verify all requirements have been met on new insurance applications.
- Analyze updates for existing clients to ensure requests are valid.
- Acquire knowledge of all required processing rules and procedures.
- Correspond with others within the company when information is missing, incomplete, or invalid.
- Use multiple systems to research and analyze historical transactions.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Preference given to applicants with extended education and/or training.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrate the strong ability to problem solve using logical and analytical skills
- Reliable and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in analyzing transactions involving money and dates
- Capacity to absorb extensive on-the-job training
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Possess strong communication skills, with an emphasis on written correspondence
- Have fundamental math skills
