• Experience with hand tools, power tools and automotive merchandise
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis
• Understanding of Bench Tools, Welders, Compressors, Generators and Chainsaws
• Committed to providing our guests top-notch customer service
• Retail experience is helpful
• Proven ability to work well with others and a willingness to learn
• Ability to meet shift requirements, including workin on weekends and certain holidays between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM Monday - Saturday and 9 AM to 5 PM on Sundays, and have flexibiity in scheduling based on business needs
• Must have the physical ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds (75+ with assistance) and be able to bend, stoop and climb ladders
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
