Required Experience:

• Must be able to provide our customers with world-class, "WOW" customer service
• Strong leadership skills; ability to connect with people, both customers and employees, and good interpersonal skills
• Retail management or supervisory experience is helpful; should be comfortable coaching and mentoring a team, and should be motivated by the team's success
• Ability to hold others accountable and on task in a high paced, front-end retail setting
• Proven capacity for high level and fast activity and the capability to change rapidly and be flexible
• Organized: capable of keeping tasks, information, processes retain-able and retrievable for self and team
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and any business day (including some holidays)
• Physical ability to lift 20-50 pounds on an occasional to recurring basis, stand in one spot for prolonged periods, handle and lift merchandise at approximately elbow level, bend, stoop, lift, carry and walk (including stairs)
• Tack and Animal Health Lead, Cashier Lead, Clothing and Footwear Lead, Hardside and Softside Lead, Fishing Lead, Sporting goods Lead
