Do you have a passion for Archery and a desire to help others develop their skills? North 40 Outfitters in West Spokane/Airway Heights is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our Sporting Goods team as an Archery Sales Associate. As our Archery Sales Associate, you should have an eye for details and a passion for outdoor activites. It is important to have extensive knowledge of bows and shooting inside and out - while also being able to back up your recommendations with facts.

• Strong Archery Background
• Technical knowledge of bows and shooting experience
• Strong knowledge of firearms and firearm accessories is considered a plus
• Must be eligible to sell and possess firearms, and cannot be a prohibited person as defined by federal and state laws
• Knowledge of Federal and State firearm regulations considered a plus
• Ability to lead and maintain a fun and friendly work environment
• Outgoing and proactive in all aspects of position; strong visual talents, capable of anticipating, creating and communicating merchandising plancs
• Time management skills: Capable of working/planning in the present, but maintaining a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly system as well
• Proven capability to change rapidly, multitask and display flexibility while maintaining a calm demeanor
• Availability to meet shift requirements, inclduing working on evenings, weekends and certain holidays between the hour of 7AM to 7PM Monday - Saturday and 9AM - 5PM Sundays with flexibility in scheduling based on business needs
• Physical ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds on an occasional and recurring basis, stand or move for prolonged periods, stoop, bend, and climb ladders
