North 40 Outfitters in Omak, WA is searching for an analytical and precision-focused Inventory Specialist to join our Loss Prevention team. As our Inventory Specialist, you would be responsible for all aspects of the store inventory using the A.I.M. (Active Inventory Management) System under the direction of the Loss Prevention department, in partnership with the store management team, all while maintaining outstanding customer service and safeguarding company assets. Knowledge of farm store merchandise and sporting goods, and/or a history in inventory management may prove helpful.

• Knowledge of POS systems and applications, computers and Windows programs
• Ability to communicate clearly and timely with internal managers and team members

• Must be able to meet shift requirements, including working on weekends and certain holidays, between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7am to 7pm and 9am to 5pm on Sundays with flexibility in scheduling based on business needs
