Job Description

**Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500 for this position.  Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview. **

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our IT Technical Help Desk position. The IT Technical Help Desk is responsible for supporting the personal computer hardware/software operations. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Setup and install new PC's, thin clients, peripherals, and related equipment
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain handheld devices in a wireless network environment
  • Software installation for Microsoft products and other applications as defined by Information Systems Manager
  • Maintain user accounts across multiple systems
  • Keep track of issues and resolution using trouble-ticket software
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

  • Four year degree preferred
  • Associates in a computer related field or 2 year certification preferred
  • Experience or working knowledge of PC architecture and concepts, hardware installation and configuration, component installation and configuration, and peripheral installation and configuration
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computers and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
