Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Digital Services Coordinator position. The Digital Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting and expanding overall sales and developing relationships with new and existing customers that have a digital presence by delivering rich and engaging content and specific support services. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing required primary and secondary administrative tasks as assigned including: 
    • Asset and materials creation and management (including photo, video, copy, etc)
    • Coordinate all digital and/or traditional marketing activities
    • Data analytics and reporting
    • Product content development, management, and maintenance
    • Account request processing and customer relationship development
    • Inbound digital communication coordination
    • Appropriate digital sales activities
  • Evangelize Norco E-Commerce with Norco teams and provide support
  • Continuously work to promote and sell products which align Norco with key vendor partners
  • Actively engage with the business to stay in tune with goals initiatives, products and priorities, with Norco and outside vendor partners
  • Attend trainings as deemed valuable
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years previous digital marketing experience required
  • Proper knowledge of all industry products
  • Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Proficient in the navigation and use of modern technologies including computers and computer applications necessary to the position, tasks, and objectives, including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to accurately input data and analyze reports and trends
