Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Medical Store Customer Service Supervisor position. The Medical Store Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the Customer Service Department including employees taking incoming calls and employees at the front counter. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plans, implements, and documents staff meetings and education programs
  • Evaluates, documents, and rectifies all safety hazards in and around the office and warehouse
  • Works with store personnel and clinical specialist to meet all customer requirements
  • Controls store inventory and expenses
  • Hire, discipline, and terminate staff as needed
  • Lead, train, develop, and motivate the department's employees
  • Performs other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

  • Medical background including Respiratory Therapy and Nursing experience is a plus
  • Medical billing experience is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability, and pricing
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computers and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
