Minimum Requirements
2+ years applications support /system support / software support experience /desktop support
Critical Skills
The following experience is required
• Experience supporting software applications.
• Above average interpersonal and communication skills
• Above average customer facing skills
• Adept at resolving technical issues
• Able to follow documented processes
• Willingness to work in a highly structured and tightly supervised environment.
• Ability to work and prioritize well in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere.

Technical Support/ System Support / Software Support / Customer Support (Any one nice to have)

Additional Knowledge & Skills
• SQL experience is a plus
• Experience working within a high volume call center desirable
Education
BS degree or equivalent experience.
